I am able to offer you an external perspective with a fresh pair of eyes and nearly 30-years experience in restaurant operations.

A Discovery Session is a great way to get an understanding of where your business is currently positioned. Spending time reviewing your business discovering how you and your team operate and interact with your customers. We also delve into the financial background of the operation, discuss marketing, branding, customer journey and experience as well as business goals. The discovery session will identify the areas that are weak and need attention as well as areas that are strong and could provide further opportunities.

If your particular project or requirements are not covered in the above packages I am able to price on a project by project basis after a consultation.

Please note the above packages are for single site businesses, multi-site operations will be quoted after consultation.

Travel costs & expenses will be charged in addition to the above

If overnight stays are required this will incur additional costs, similarly International projects will be priced to reflect additional travel time.
