What is management coaching?

One to One management coaching is about aligning goals and visions, providing you with support and an accountability partner. This coaching gives you the skills to empower your team and yourself to excel and achieve more and drive your business to greater success. Coaching allows you to stand back and think as well as allowing your team to think for themselves as you will acquire the skills to ensure they work to the best of their abilities. Through our monthly sessions we will also look at your business in a different light, seek opportunities to improve not just you, but your team and the overall business.

One monthly 2-hour coaching session ~ Weekly Turbo Call

Minimum 6-months

If you want your management team to also have one to one coaching this can be provided for up to 4 employees in the same business

Group Management Coaching

Group management coaching has all the elements of one to one coaching but is run in an open-group format. We will align goals and visions, providing support and an accountability partner. This coaching gives everyone the skills to empower themselves and colleagues to excel and achieve more and drive your business to greater success. The group format allows your team to think for themselves as they will acquire the skills to ensure they work to the best of their abilities. Through our monthly sessions we will also look at the business in a different light, seek opportunities to improve each individual and the overall business.

One monthly session

Minimum 6-months

Group coaching is run on a monthly basis involving a minimum of 3 people up to a maximum of 6. The session length is dependent on the number of people, but is typically between 2.5 to 3 hours
